Blue Mesa Reservoir
is Colorado's largest body of water, and is the largest Kokanee
Salmon fishery in the United States. It is located
in the Curecanti National Recreation Area, within the National

Located 15 miles west of Gunnison, Colorado, Elk
Creek Marina is a full-service marina for the fishermen and boaters
on Blue Mesa Reservoir. Services include daily and seasonal slip
rentals, boat rentals, guided fishing expeditions, a boaters store
and gift shop, a gas dock, and a boat repair facility.
Lake Fork Marina offers similar services on the west end of the lake,
just a few miles east of Montrose. |

Boat Rentals
|

No boat? No problem! Both the Lake Fork and Elk
Creek Marinas offer a variety of boat rentals, including 16, 20, and
24-foot pontoon boats, 16-foot fiberglass runabouts powered by a
50HP engine, and 14 and 16-foot aluminum fishing boats. We have
over 40 boats at the two marinas for rental. Full and half-day
rental customers may call in advance for a reservation. |

Lake Fork and Elk Creek Marinas have nearly 200
slips available for rental, including 16, 20, and 30 foot lengths.
Note that many of our slips are taken by seasonal customers and they
